Assessment:

Hired by the General Manager and Owner to accelerate Leadership development of regional managers.  Company in fast growth path, expanding from 16 to 30 locations in less than 2 years.

Plan:

Partnered with the General Manager to evaluate structure and scale for growth. Developed a plan to coach and advise all stakeholders to assess current situation and prepare for sustainable growth in the future.

Engage:

Served as Executive Coach to GM for rapid development of Regional Managers, helping them align and establish Leadership and operations skills to enable growth and scale the business.

Execution:

Coached three Regional Managers, fostered alignment and helped them establish goals, coached through Leadership issues.  Worked with the General Manager and Executive team to develop Values and desired culture for the company.  Assisted Regional managers with talent assessment, identifying and prioritizing operational issues, and coached them through performance and development of their teams.
