Assessment:

The General Counsel and Board Chairman needed help to transition the team from a former company, which was shut down, in order to build a new startup enterprise.

Plan:

We worked with the Compensation Committee and Board to establish Total Rewards strategy and outline CEO employment agreement and c-suite contracts. Under very tight timelines, we helped the company establish a Total Rewards Strategy, defining goals for the business and developing a performance-based culture.

Engage:

We developed an employee equity plan that included a short-term incentive plan. We also facilitated the development of their Health and benefits strategy, and developed annual plans to meet their financial and performance goals

Execution:

We sourced a PEO firm for them, and transitioned their payroll, HR 401K, insurance, and Healthcare plans. We evaluated jobs and market-based pay and helped them roll out the Total Rewards strategy to reset company and drive engagement.
