Assessment:

We got a call from the SVP of Global Channel Sales. Significant global constraints and culture issues were impeding progress and challenging their goal of accomplishing $2B in sales.

Plan:

We developed a plan with SVP and his US Leadership team to host a 2-day strategy session with 22 senior leaders from Asia Pacific, Europe, Japan and US.

Engage:

I facilitated the group as they overcame years of cultural misunderstandings to create a 2-year strategic plan for Global Channel Sales.

Execution:

We established a Project Counsel, cross-cultural teams to implement the strategies, and a regular cadence to ensure projects met deliverables within scope and timelines. We return regularly for additional strategy and team building sessions and coach senior leaders 1:1.
