DeeAnn’s leadership/operations experience is extensive and she has the ability to evaluate a business and implement change, coach its leaders, partner as a confidante and advisor, and develop initiatives that drive change/transformation. I brought DeeAnn in to help me review and build operations execution, assist with growth and overall strategy, and coach my executive team by helping them with people/change management.
