OnPoint Business Solutions received a call from the Senior Vice President of Global Channel Sales. The organization was facing significant global constraints, and culture issues were impeding the progress of their goal to accomplish $2B in sales.
OnPoint Business Solutions developed a plan with the SVP and his US Leadership team to host a 2-day strategy session with 22 senior leaders from Asia Pacific, Europe, Japan and the US. We facilitated the group as they overcame years of cultural misunderstandings to create a 2-year strategic plan for Global Channel Sales. We established a Project Counsel, cross-cultural teams to implement the strategies, and a regular cadence to ensure projects met deliverables within scope and timelines.
We returned regularly for additional strategy and teambuilding sessions, and continued to coach senior leaders in a one-on-one environment.
