Assessment:

Engaged with a new CEO to assess the Leadership team and Operations after being hired into a Private equity purchased Founder based company.

Plan:

Leadership and Operations team were experiencing significant issues in sales and service, delivering products, IT operation and Human Resources. We developed a plan to help them overcome these issues.

Engage:

Over the next 18 months, we worked with the CEO and Executive leadership to restructure the Human Resource and IT functions and implement Agile development in technology.  We built a Technology Roadmap and a Technology Leadership Council who established clear decision-making parameters for technology releases and timelines. We coached several of the executive team and HR team to improve their leadership skills.  OnPoint shadow consulted them as they evaluated and developed their teams, drove clear goals and performance outcomes.  We helped to onboard the Software Implementation Executive and worked with the CEO to restructure the team, upgrade processes and align better with sales to improve customer expectations, revenue and implementation outcomes.

Execution:

We improved software release timeliness and quality, shortened customer implementations from 12+ months to less than 3, and created stronger software release packages with improved functionality and strong customer satisfaction.  With excellent leadership by the CEO, the business sold in less than 4 years at a 6x EBITA multiplier.
